Rock The Traveller S.L. (hereinafter "ROCK THE TRAVELLER"), a Spanish company, with NIF B-86907953 and registered office in calle Barquillo, 8 planta 1ª izq. 28004 Madrid, and its branch in the UK, Hauer Hosting (776-778 Barking Road, London, England, E13 9PJ), is the owner of the website http://rockthetraveller.com (hereinafter the “Web”). ROCK THE TRAVELLER is registered in the Registro Mercantil de Madrid, Tomo 29671, Sección General, Folio 3, Hoja M-533897 and conducts business in permission e-mail marketing (i.e. advertising campaigns with data subject's prior consent); direct marketing; performance and affiliate marketing; and online marketing.
ROCK THE TRAVELLER is the owner of an automated personal data file, created and registered in the Registro General de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency) with number 2132530937 (herinafter the “File”). Personal data collected in the File is voluntarily given by data subjects after being informed so, in compliance with current legislation and this privacy policy, using this registration form [http://rockthetraveller.com], which includes identifying data, interests, personal data and, occasionally, academic/professional data. Web use and browsing habits are also processed.

2. Object and purpose of the privacy policy
ROCK THE TRAVELLER acknowledges the insecurity and distrust that an open network like the Internet produces in its users. ROCK THE TRAVELLER is fully aware of the importance of preserving the privacy and liberties of internet users in general, and that of personal data collection and processing.
Therefore, as owner of the Web, one of the main priorities is to contribute with every mean at our disposal to ensure services are conducted in the safest and most confidential environment possible, protecting the privacy of both communications and personal data.
In addition to being necessary for consent, it is in the interest of users, and anyone who navigates on the internet, to verify ownership and responsabiity of every website and file, and to read extensively each website's privacy policy before accepting conditions and beggining use.

3. Web user area
The Web gives users the ability to manage their user area, set up alerts, bulletins, newsletters, information and advertising about products and services, in-house and third party, related to the areas of interest declared, if any, and/or the sectors which, according to the Web's criteria and/or in response to user profile, might be considered of interest, and to unsubscribe. Users may also join and participate in various promotions and/or sweepstakes.
To use ROCK THE TRAVELLER services, users must register on the Web using the registration form(s) thus provided, giving consent to the processing of data -and to this privacy policy and our cookie policy [http://rockthetraveller.com/?accion=politica_cookies]- freely, voluntarily and expressly. It is also necessary to select at least 3 fields of interest and to declare consent, or not, to the anonymous data transfer by encrypting and generating an electronic pseudonym for personal data so that they may be cross-matched and enriched in a totally anonymous way, non-identifiable with reasonable technichal means. The above mentioned data transfer has the objective of cross matching the information with other sources and to increase information about interests, whether directly declared or through browsing habits or other subscriptions, in order to fine-tune advertising campaigns, without jeopardising the privacy of users thanks to data encryption and compartmentalization. The transfer of data will be made in favor of Rock Internet S.L. and said data will be incorporated into the file from which Rock Internet S.L. is responsible, registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection with the number 2132530937, in accordance with its own privacy policy http://arkeero.com/privacy/.
Subscription to the Web and the processing of applications is subject to the voluntary statement of requested personal data, to the consent to receive advertising campaign, to the data transfer and to this privacy policy, so that the subscription and processing of data is considered to be consented after being informed, freely, voluntarily and expressly.
Users, identifiable through the IP address used for the subscription and consent, certify the authenticity of the data provided through the different application forms, and that the data provided is theirs, not somebody else's or invented, totally or partially, being responsible for communicating any change in the data. Furthermore, users certify that the data provided is real and exact. In addition, users guarantee to keep the data, at all times, up-to-date, being solely responsible for the inaccurate or false data provided, and for the losses caused to ROCK THE TRAVELLER as owner of the Web, or to third parties, due to the use of mentioned data.
4. Personal data processing consent
Consent is requested in a non-preset verification checkbox, and is unequivocal and free, confirming consent to receive advertising campaigns, to data transfers, and to having read and accepted the privacy policy.
ROCK THE TRAVELLER, to develop certain direct marketing actions, shall reach agreements with third parties that are active in sectors listed in section 11 of this Privacy Policy, in order to conduct ROCK THE TRAVELLER and its Advertisers' legitimate business related to user's interests in specific products or advertising campaigns, as well as to the audience and conversion of the campaigns into purchases of products or subscriptions to services. This will require user data tranfers to third parties, so that they may implement direct marketing actions. This processing is subject, at all times, to the existing relationship between ROCK THE TRAVELLER and the users registered on the Web, and to the consent given to data processing.
Users may withdraw consent or express refusal to data processing at any time, by so informing INTERNET ROCK or the Advertiser, depending on the case, by means of a simple and free proceedure made available in an unsubscribe link through which to unsubscribe, exercise Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and deletion to data processing in each advertising e-mail and on the Web. Withdrawal of consent may be total or only for a particular advertiser or area of interest.
Users acknowledge and accept that consent given to this privacy policy and to personal data processing includes data transfers to third parties in non European Union countries. However, these countries are regulated by European Union legislation or equivalent, and guarantee a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union.
Furthermore, the consent given to this privacy policy and to the personal data processing includes data tranfers to companies worldwide with which ROCK THE TRAVELLER collaborates or has contractual relationships.
Lastly, users acknowledge that personal data may be shared in order to meet legal obligations and requirements from the Administration or tribunals.
5. Data collected by ROCK THE TRAVELLER
ROCK INTERNET collects information to offer services to our Users either directly; through the personal data provided directly, or indirectly through the use of the Website and the services provided through it (associated with the device, registration data and physical location), in particular, the personal data that ROCK THE TRAVELLER treats come from:
1. Subscription forms, which request personal data through mandatory or optional fields to be filled in by the User, such as his/her name, telephone number and email address in order to manage the mailing list and send him personalized online advertising. With these data, provided by the User, the subscription to the mailing list is done through the Hermes / Mailchimp tools. The sending of emails is managed by ROCK THE TRAVELER, which proceeds to the prior verification of their email. The User will receive a message in his/her inbox sent from the Rock The Traveler address with the subject "Successfully registered in the exclusive offers newsletter". The User may revoke his/her consent or indicate that the subscription was not his. We will use the information provided to send you advertising of our clients.
2. Comment form. Through the comment system of the social network Facebook, personal data linked to the profile of the User of said social network are obtained. With these data it is possible to moderate the comments and answer the doubts and questions of the Users. If you decide to connect using Facebook or another social network, we may receive and store the authentication information provided by the service used and that you are required to log in, as well as any other information that the User chooses to share in the configuration when you connect to these services. These services can collect information such as the web pages you visited and the IP address and can set cookies to allow the correct functioning of the functions. We are not responsible for the security or privacy of the information collected by these third parties. It is the duty of the User to review the declarations or privacy policies of the services of third parties that he uses or to which he accesses or connects, as well as to render or not consent to said services and to configure them in accordance with his/her will.
3. Contact form. There is a contact form for inquiries, suggestions or professional contact. In this case the email address will be used to respond to them and send the information that the User requires from the Web.
4. Cookies. When the User registers or navigates on this Website, as well as when accessing advertiser´s websites from the advertisements received via email, "cookies" are stored on their device. The personal data provided will be kept for 2 years to maintain a history of consultations and contacts - the time considered reasonable for legitimate legal or commercial purposes. However, the time of retention of data of the Users will be subject to the voluntary withdrawal of the User to the mailing list or subscription to the blog, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
To guarantee compliance with the conditions of use and the applicable law, ROCK THE TRAVELER has developed tools and algorithms that help this Website to guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data it collects.
6. Purpose of personal data collection and processing

ROCK THE TRAVELLER only collects data which is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes, outlined in this paragraph, for which it is collected. ROCK THE TRAVELLER information systems do not take automated decisions that affect users.
7. Good practices statement
ROCK THE TRAVELLER complies with current legislation, and more specifically with: Ley Orgánica 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "LOPD"). Real Decreto 1720/2007 of December 21, approving LOPD Norms & Regulations. Law 34/2002 of July 11, Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and with Ley Orgánica 1/1996 of January 15, Legal Protection of Minors.
Moreover, and without prejudice to compliance with mentioned norms, the Web, this privacy policy and ROCK THE TRAVELLER actions regarding personal data comply with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliamnt and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”).
ROCK THE TRAVELLER does not send advertising e-mails that have not been previously requested or authorised by users.
ROCK THE TRAVELLER shall terminate agreements with advertising companies or members of the Network of Affiliates who engage in activities that go against current legislation.
8. Majority of age required
Minors shall not be allowed to register on the Web. An authentication mechanism that does not allow the registration of (a) those who do not introduce their birth year with valid characters, who should, in any case, be of age and (b) who do not explicitly state majority of age.
9. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and deletion
Users may exercise their Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and deletion to the processing of personal data, or may contact for any matter relating to the protection of personal data by either writing to ROCK THE TRAVELLER, calle Barquillo, 8 planta 1ª izq., 28004 Madrid ;or by e-mail to contacto@rockthetraveller.com, attaching a copy of ID and proof of being the e-mail address holder.

10. Security measures
Personal data of users is stored in a file owned by ROCK THE TRAVELLER, subject to the appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee integrity, confidentiality and security of personal information provided for and in accordance with current technology. Our security policies and proceedures regarding data are in line with international standards and are regularly updated, whenever appropriate, so as to satisfy business needs, technological changes and regulatory requirements.
ROCK THE TRAVELLER has especifically implemented the technical means from the database design to prevent non-authorized or illegal processing as well as undue misappropriation, loss, destruction or damage of personal data given by users. We also have a disaster contingency plan and business continuity programme, designed to protect assets and staff.; we apply adequate restrictions regarding personal data access; we implement the necessary controls and measures, including physical means and management, to store and transfer data safely; we have conducted risk analysis that concludes we do not have the obligation of conducting a data protection impact assessment; we require staff and contractors to continuously acquire training in information security.
Notwithstanding, it is necessary to acknowledge that Internet security measures are not fail-safe.

Content sent by electronic means complies with norms & regulations in the RGPD, LOPD and in LSSI.
